Christmas Cookies

I love Christmas, and all the baking and cooking that go along with it. This year I, along with my mother-in-law, Mary, and sisters-in-law, Ellie and Chava, made a lot of cookies. Too many actually.

Not the best picture, but, from the top clockwise: Jelly Tots, Angel Slices, Chocolate Cherry, Lemon Squares, Pecan Puffs, Baklava, Pecan Pie, and (center) Pinwheel cookies. We also made Snickerdoodles, Peanut Butter Blossoms, and loaded Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Edmund -- The Artist

Edmund loves to draw. Back in Virginia Beach he would ask for a pen and piece of paper whenever Jaired was writing. Now he writes with and on anything he can get his hands on. Most recently, he told us that he was drawing trains.
